As top agents of the World Welfare & Works Agency (3WA), the registered codename for Kei and Yuri is "Lovely Angels," but to the rest of the galaxy they are better known by their unwanted nickname, The Dirty Pair. When the 3WA assigns them a job, the bad guys are not the only ones in trouble. However, the organization's supercomputer shows that Kei and Yuri always complete their assignments, and any collateral damage that results from the mayhem, destruction, and devastation that occurs is never really their fault.
