Despite all the pressures and problems that top student Akito and his classmate Mashiro experience as Comic-Fest artists, they are determined to be noticed and succeed in the intense world of manga publishing. A classmate, Miho, has promised to marry Mashiro when they both succeed in their dreams, which for Miho means becoming a voice actress to someday dub anime based on his manga.
